This session explored how A/E/C firms can transform project experience into compelling case studies that clarify expertise, strengthen proposals, and support business development efforts.

I discussed how firms can use case studies and storytelling to turn technical achievements into authentic narratives that build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a lasting competitive advantage. I also explained a six-step process for selecting, creating, and reusing case studies and their elements.
